Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
- We offer an exchange only in the following cases:
- Wrong Product delivered.
- Wrong Size received.
- The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at support@maanini.com.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only if an exchange is not possible.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Conditions for Exchange/Refund
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Exchange requests for size issues due to customer selection errors are not accepted.
- Refunds will not be provided for return shipping charges.
